I had cleared all the payments to the MGL in month of Aug-**. Then i requested MGL to do the meter installation but i am always getting false commitment that we are working on your request, your request has been escalated to department etc. but not progress. two times MGL vendor "R .S . Engineer" visited my home for survey and assured me that he will come and do the installation but till now no one came. I informed the same to MGL and MGL has taken this very casually and told me that they don't have any information about that. Many docket MGL has raised for my request but till now no single solution on any of the docket. Please find attached mail which i sent to MGL on *st nov and till now no single email from MGL or call from MGL about my request. Need to take strong actions against MGL. Kindly help me in this regards.
