The following are the details
*. Request Made to disconnect the line in Sept ****
*. The process was completed but I was charged for the disconnected period.
*. Auto reconnection after six months (Mar ****) and not informed.
*. No bill given to date and auto disconnection Jan **** with charges applied INR ****.**
*. Even after errors charges should be applied at INR ***.** per month including GST and sums to INR ****.**.
