Mahanagar Gas has been sending me bills every * months for Assessed reading and not coming to my house to take the actual reading.
February/March **** assessed reading was ***E and actual reading was only *
I had paid around Rs. **** for just * units consumed
April **** reading was ***A and I was told to pay Rs. *** which I refused to pay after lodging a complaint on their portal and calling them up too.
Again in June **** they have sent a new bill for Rs. **** for *** units consumed till date
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
