MakeMyTrip is taking undue advantage of their customers during the current COVID-** situation. I have four international hotel bookings with them, all in highly infected coronavirus zones and I have been chasing them for the past ** days relentlessly for getting back a refund as it is impossible to travel. Every time I am asked to wait for ** hours, according to them ** hours is more than ** days. They are just hoarding money in this hour of need. Whereas, their competitors are returning money to users. It seems like they do not care about their business. I was told that I would not get any refund once and then on calling back I was told that the customer delight team is looking into the case and would provide a positive resolution to me. I am being treated like this after being a loyal customer for the past * years. I need the full refund of Rs.***** from MakeMyTrip.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
