Apple Inc - Refund from Apple ID

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased one software using Apple ID. For this purpose I added Rs. *** from my bank account to Apple account. Later after using for about * day of service of that software, I cancelled the subscription (due to poor service) and accordingly refund of Rs. ***/- is transferred back into my Apple ID.

Then, I wanted to transfer that refund amount of Rs. *** back to original source (my bank). But Apple Support Team denied this transfer of money back into my bank account stating it is against their policy.

I feel like cheated by Apple Inc. as this fund belongs to me and I want to keep it in my bank account and not in Apple Account. Apple company cannot deny such transfer. The apple company provided me terms and conditions in support of their stand. I feel that this is against natural justice and reflect the malafide intention of Apple Inc. of earning interest out of the money kept in their Apple account.
I request your good office to kindly resolve this matter.
