I want to file a case against apple. I got a defective iphone ** and apple is not replacing it under warranty and blaming me for some internal fault. I And worst thing is I used my phone not much. it's been only * months since I bought the mobile. I don't know how this internal fault could happen on a * month old brand new phone. And now apple is saying they will not replace it, asking me to go for the paid repair as it costs around **k, for the price which the mobile was actually bought(**k). so, I kindly request to voxya as an innocent consumer to give a solution for this scam. Hopelessly indeed of justice from apple with your help. Thankyou!
