I bought Iphone ** pro max from United States (U.S.A.) last year in may and phone is under warranty. problem in this phone starts within * month of purchase. i contacted apple service centre they said phone screen is defected so they replaced the screen and even after that my problem was not fixed. my phone's software has been reinstalled for **th time and still facing issue. contacted apple ** times ,talked to different apple service provider executive till now but got no solution. old problems are still reflecting in this phone and new problem also came. also service centre damaged my phone with hard scratches on its screen and rib of phone. i want help now
