Apple Inc - Manufacturing defect in my apple watch is not being entertained by Apple s representatives

I got to know from the Apple's official site and other social site as well that there is a manufacturing defect in Nike series * apple watch(Cracks appearing around the periphery of screen of the watch; which has completely ruined the look of my watch aesthetically). And thus i have shared my watch pics with Apple's senior technical advisor online as i had experienced the same issue. I also had a word with Apple's senior technical advisor as well for which they agreed that its a manufacturing defect but denied to cover the same under their replacement policy. They are highlighting a glass chip off at the corner which i have tried to convince them that the chip off is occuring due to the same cracks (Cracks due to Apple's manufacturing defects) at the border which has completely weakened the glass and even a small knock with my finger tip will chip off the glass easily. But all my explainations went in vain and they gave the final decision on phone itself of not accepting the product under their replacement policy just by seeing the pictures i had sent to them.
Apple's representative are also not ready to share/communicate the reason for not covering the product under their replacement policy through email as what i have insisted them several times.
