Amazon India - Refund from amazon is not placed

I ordered a book from amazon named ‘ pediatrics for medical graduate by arun babu’ on **jan ****, by paying an amount of ₹***( ₹** from amazon pay + ₹*** by debit card of PNB). I canceled the order on **th jan & asked for refund. The refund was initiated on **th jan & the amazon pay refund of ₹** was made immediately. The refund of ₹*** was initiated on **th & I was asked to wait *-* working days ( period completed on **th jan) . I enquired about my refund in the amazon. They provided me with a reference number # ***********************
(Reference number is from amazon ) & asked to call to the bank & to file a charge dispute with the given reference number.
Likewise I called the bank & asked them to lodge a complaint & raise a charge dispute. The bank denied to do the same . Hopelessly I again called the amazon customer service & said them the same .
They replied that its the only option available to me at present.
With no other path to me I choose the consumer forum board & hope that the justice can be served here.
