I had booked * flight tickets during the month of March. Due to lockdown INDIGO AIRLINES had cancelled my tickets and rescheduled and later stored them as credit shell. Now, when i want to use them I am not able to use it. When asked, the airlines mentioned that full refund had been processed. But, EASEMYTRIP had deducted almost **% for each ticket and starting to refund it.
According to Supreme court verdict, customers are supposed to get ***% refund or credit shell.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
