Emirates Airlines - Refund Fraud

I Had Booked my flight tickets from Emirates
From Mumbai to Rio de janerio. and Return from Rio de janerio to Mumbai past * month's already my flights were getting cancelled and I was rearranging the dates But atlast I had to cancel my booking. And wanted my refund and as per their rules and regulations they refund the full amount within two weeks that's ** days and it's been almost more than ** days and not yet they have refunded my money and they don't even inform you or mail or call you regarding your refund I feel like a fool they used my money and when time to refund there is no response I'm in need of my money very badly and unfortunately they are not refunding it.
