Booked Group Tickets (** students) for Europe from Mumbai via Dubai, haven't got refund of said amount, please let us know who's tricking or befooling us the agent or the airlines about the refund, kindly tell us all the details regarding refund status, Agent might has kept money in his pocket as he is continuously giving excuses about the refund and is not even responding and coordinating with Emirates
