Emirates Airlines - Ticket Issue

I want to reschedule my ticket from *rd June to **th June ****. I paid an extra of ***** rs for the reschedule and after doing the booking I got an email
after *.*hours at around *am saying that seats are not available on the same flight. I have to cancell and rebook again. I called Emirates Airlines to confirm the same they said seats are available . From past * hours Ease mytrip people are harassing like this .This is an intolerant behaviour. I am a regular customer of Easemy trip and they are simply lying to the customers like this.
