Agoda - Refund for room booking by Agoda as the hotel denied confirmation but money deducted

I have booked for the first time with Agoda and look at the customer
experience as I am denied the accommodation at the Clark hotel Varanasi (booking from *th July to *th July ****) as per above
confirmation number ********* and the hotel receptionist says that they have sent Agoda mail
rejecting the confirmation.
Now at middle of the night I am stranded and they are saying that they have
rooms that costs RS**** plus taxes.

What credibility agoda has. Now I am searching for alternative hotel with
family in midnight. All your customer service virtual assistant does not
have a basic option of what a customer should do if hotel rejecting the confirmation.

Please refund my money debited by my card for Rs****/- along with damages for Rs * lac immediately into my
credit card otherwise I am forced to take up legally
