I have booked an airline ticket from Varanasi to Mumbai for me, my wife and infant, date of journey for it was ** feb ****. I cancelled my seat on same day. I was supposed to get refund within * working days as per Make My Trip.
But till date ( **.**.****) I'm getting hollow assurances to wait for **-** hours we will call back.
MMT Reference no for my complaint is *****************
PNR for partial cancellation ticket is *UC*JX.
After talking to airlines I have been informed that refund is issued to the MMT, and may my trip (MMT) is saying we have not received refund yet.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
