Make my trip - Refund for my airline tickets

Respected Sir ,
With reverence , I would like to acknowledge that I am working as a teacher in Mysore district ( Karnataka. I would like to apologise for sending this abrupt mail regarding the refunding of my ticket. Sir , I had approached the bank several times, contacted Air India customer care regarding the refunding of my connecting flight tickets from LEH TO BANGALORE VIA DELHI . It's a connecting flight consisting of me and my wife tickets. It's been a year past ever since I had booked these tickets. I am very disappointed to see such lapse in human values regarding the refunding process. I fully understand the hard time through which we are going through. I had waited almost a year for this refunding process . But it looks like the Airline company had totally ignored this matter. So I am writing this mail to bring your kind attention regarding this matter. I had booked this ticket through makemytrip and I had contacted their customer care regarding the matter. In the ticket , it was recently updated that the airline has not yet initiated the refunding process.I would be extremely grateful if you could look into this matter .
I am extremely sorry for taking your precious time. As a concerned and a responsible citizen who takes great pride in teaching the innocent kids, I at times believe that we don't deserve such treatment. Thank you sir.

Note - Very recently airline company has instructed me to get in touch with MakeMyTrip regarding the refunding.
