Make My Trip - Refund for fraudulent bus booking

I booked bus tickets from Varanasi to siliguri on make my trip app. The date of journey was **.**.**** at *:**pm by shri krishna rath bus operator. After booking the ticket make my trip provided * contact numbers of the bus operator but none of them were switched on. And i did not get any information of boarding location. Neither I got the bus number nor i got boarding location through their message. So i went to Varanasi bus stand on my own and searched for the bus but nothing was found in the name of shri krishna rath bus service and i missed my journey. So i got home and after * hour of the boarding time i got a call from a person who asked me to catch the bus from a farther location within * minutes which was not possible so i questioned him that why was your phone not reachable then he disconnected the call and again switched off his phone. Then i raised complaint on make my trip (details attached) by calling on the customer care number saying they will call me back within ** hours but no call i got from make my trip except a message of closing my request. This is total injustice they just took my money and no one even talked to me about anything. Please help me to get my refund or put the concerned person behind the bars as they must be fooling so many people. It looked like make my trip willingly fooled me. I am attaching the bill invoice, the contact numbers of the operator which I received from make my trip and other details. Please help me.
