Clear Trip - Refund for flight ticket is not correct

Clear trip has confirmed the refund amount will be ***aed for a flight from Abu Dhabi to/fro udaipur on cancellation,but they have given only ***aed saying airline has deducted more amount as fuel charges. They have provided wrong information so we have gone ahead with cancellation thinking more than **% ticket price will be refunded but now we are not getting the refund.
