Dear Team,
It is regarding the flight cancellation refund issue from Flipkart Travel.
I have made a Go Air ticket booking in March **** from Bengaluru to Ranchi on Flipkart Travel for travelling date of **rd March ****. Unfortunately, because of COVID-** outbreak the tickets were cancelled by the Airlines (Go Air Airlines).
The airline has refunded the amount to flipkart travel on *nd Oct (as per the confirmation received from Go Air) and I asked for my refund from flipkart in Dec **** and flipkart then cancelled my ticket and initiated my refund on **th December **** and asked mt to wait for * calender days for the refund. In those * days I had not received any communication from flipkart and after * days when i called flipkart as I had not received the refund, the they asked me to wait for * more days without any reason.
From that time they are asking me to wait for * more days everytime i contact them for my refund. So, I called them on **th Dec, **st Dec, * Jan, *th Jan and *th Jan but everytime they are saying that they are looking into the issue and need * more days. They have my bank details as well to process my refund but then also they are not processing it and none of the time they are communicating any status to me and everytime i will have to call them asking for my status of refund.
So, I’m requesting you to help me out in getting the refund amount (**,*** rupees) because the Flipkart travel help desk team has not responding to me.
Note: Go Air Airlines has refunded the amount to flipkart on *nd October ****.
