I have purchases symphony cooler online which got delivered on **th April,****. When i checked it properly it was physically damaged for which i asked for replacement. As the product was not in stock as per their support team, i send a mail again to asking for refund for which they did not replied at all even if i send them multiple reminders. Now i am not getting any proper response from their customer care as well.
