Vijay Phalke filed complaint against Jeeves Extended Warranty on Jan 19, 2021
I had purchased iffalcon **inch TV from Flipkart site with * years extended warranty in Oct'****. Extended Warranty is valid until Oct'****. TV is not working since Aug'**** and I was told by Jeeves company Technician that the motherboard is defective and need to be replaced. I was asked to wait for ** working days to get a new part from the company. I waited for more than ** working days and purchased new TV after that. Jeeves brought new part on *-Jan and asking me to get replaced. I do not want TV to get repaired as I have already paid for new TV and only looking for refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
