booking ref. nf************** dated *st oct'** and nf************** of same date was cancelled by me through indigo website on *th nov'** and refund was processed immediately by indigo. same was transmitted to mmt on same day but when I checked my bank a/c on **nd nov'** refund amt was missing. When I checked on mmt website the * pnrs were found live, as such I had to effect cancellation once again, this time on mmt website. and mmt offered late refund compensation of ₹**** after receiving cancellation charges of ₹***. I should get compensation of ₹**** per pnr, i.e. ₹****.
