Ajay Chawla filed complaint against Make my trip on Oct 11, 2022
I had booked a Make My Trip flight (from Amritsar to Manila via Singapore) for travel on **th October ****. Flight details as under:
TR*** Amritsar to Singapore on **th October **.** to **st October *.** am
TR*** Singapore to Manila on **st October at *.** to *.**am.
There are total * passengers traveling on the said flight. PNR no is Z*JUPL. Initially, this was a connecting flight with layover in Singapore for * hour. After few days of my booking, I was advised that my that my Singapore to Manila flight has been canceled/ delayed by ** hours ** mins.
As this involved a long lay over in Singapore, I had canceled the entire booking on **th August **** via Make my Trip. The airline was obligated to refund my entire fare amount as there is a delay of more than * hours.
It has been about ** days since the flight booking was cancelled. However, the refund has still not been credited to my account.
When I called Scoot, they mentioned my refund has been processed by them. When I called Make My Trip, it mentioned refund has not been received yet. I have mentally been harassed by airline as well as Make My Trip due to multiple calls, long wait as well as email. However there has not been any resolution yet.
Please help to process my refund of Rs ***,*** at the soonest.
