We booked OYO **** Empire Suite, but once we reached the place the hotel was HIGHLY UNHYGIENIC, NOT CLEAN, UNSAFE for women, FOUL SMELLING, SUPER CRAMPED, NOT AT ALL HOW IT LOOKED IN THE PICTURES ON AGODA.
The photos showed something entirely different.
When we reached there and witnessed these conditions we did not stay at that place for even ** minutes and nor checked in. And we immediately tried to contact Agoda, but the number for India help support was not valid. We dropped the mail hoping for immediate contact given our drastic situation and all this happened on *th MAY **, and still there is no response.
We want refund for our cancellation of the OYO **** Empire Suite booking, if there is still no response we will be forced to take stern actions such as bad publicity or even some legal actions.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
