I did confirmed booking with amount ****Rs for Hospitality in Cherrapunji. Reference for booking - NH*************.
After reaching the property I was informed no booking confirmed. Being with a kid, I know what all issues being faced by me and my family, we had to pay double to accommodate ourselves.
Amount is still with MMT. I am yet to receive my refund amount. Fed up of continuously following up.
Worst experience with MMT.
