PayTM - Refund for Bus travel

I booked a bus ticket from Ankleshwar to Pune on paytm on **th of December.The ticket was of *** rs and I got ***rs as cash back. I was unable to board the bus.First of all the tracking link wasn't working. I also have screenshot of calling history in which first call I made to the operator was at **:**pm and even if I wasn't there at bus stop according to the operator , which is ofcourse a lie, but even if wasn't there why didn't the operator picked up the damn call. The next call I made was at **:**pm which the operator did pickup but didn't respond properly and told me that he will call back but I think he didn't had enough balance to call back, so I called him for the next two hours but I don't know if he was charged by his telecom service provider for incoming calls too. When I called the paytm operator he too said me that he can't reach the operator.Also while standing for an hour ,at around **:** I saw first bus of deep tours & travels (my bus travel agency))with vehicle number GJ**AZ**** And when I asked the driver about my vehicle number he said me that it was coming but I didn't know that this is fraud racket that is being played upon by these operators with customers. A number of passenger of different buses booked online of the same rout waited just like me at the bus stop but not everyone could wait that long and so many left for home. Also , Buses like of gujarat travels,kabra travels whose scheduled time on paytm was given **:** around were arriving ** or even late. So a different time is given online and once the customer books a ticket , the bus operator makes money and never reaches the stop at time so that the customers go back home and after that the bus operator can make money from on road travellers. So this is a two sided earning business . I was not satisfied with the response of paytm customer service as they came up with same reply each and every time.
