R Manoj Kumar filed complaint against Goibibo airlines on Jun 12, 2020
I have booked a ticket on **st May **** from my goibibo mobile app travelling from Hyderabad to Kolkata with Booking ID as TUAGV*Q*W and Passenger Name as S Prasant Singupuram for journey commencement date of **th June **** with an amount of Rs.****/- which got deducted from my account but booking status still showing as 'booking in progress'.
It is shocking that the booking is still in progress and travel date has already passed by. When checked with the airline support 'Air india' they confirmed the booking has been cancelled.
We dropped multiple emails and contacted multiple times. We still did not hear anything from Goibibo team on this and this breaks my heart that it feels this is an absolute case of fraud and cheating on customers.
I want my full reimbursement which I have paid. Please reply at the earliest.
