Via.com - Refund for airline ticket

I had booked a flight from Bengaluru to Mumbai on the **th of April, **** for the travel date of *st May, ****. The PNR for the flight was DAANVX having the booking reference as FMNAA***PA***.
Jetairways cancelled all their flights and hence I was informed that I will be refunded for my booking. When contacted Jet Airways for the refund they directed me to VIA as I booked it using their platform.
On emailing VIA's customer support they kept telling me they haven't received the refund. Its already * months now and I have no status on my refund. Can you help me get my refund?
