OYO Rooms - Refund Extra amt against Booking ID-AHOW3751

My account was deducted with **** Rs/- twice. One transaction made through POS was successful but the other tried through net banking was unsuccessful, still, my account was debited with ****. I have raised this issue to the concerned bank, they said merchant[OYO Rooms] has claimed the amount so they cannot help me this issue.
I have been crying for ** days to OYO rooms for the refund complaint Id-[*******] and I have substantiated the evident to add on the weight to my case. But still, these guys hang up the phone by saying they are working on it or you will get a call.
I am frustrated to get the resolution but there is no luck on this, seems they play with many customers like this.
