I I ordered a replacement for an item which was defective, the item that came in for replacement is also a defective so i returned it , it was checked by delivery partner who came to pickup the item and took from me and then after a lot of queries for ** days they answered that the item i returned was different from what they gave but the item i returned is same what they had gave and after i asked about the proofs of transit and seller recieved product they literally terminated my call forcibly
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
