I have been follow up for Refund from Nobroker regarding the Super tenant relax plan since last one month but they are no agreeing on refund. I have been called by NOBROKER Representative and convinced me take the Tenant Super relax plan as I took * month basic plan which was not helpful for me to get a flat in Hyderabad. I paid **** Rupees on **nd Jan **** and after that One online and one filed agent was assigned. Online RM told me that he found one property near to my office just ** meter which actually when I field person shared location , found to be * km away from office. this was misleading. Moreover the field agent was supposed to show me the flat but he told me that his battery died and can't show me flat. After that online RM went on leave. After seeing this unprofessionalism I mailed them on **th Jan that I want to cancel my plan and provide me refund but they denied till date.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
