Order # ***-*******-******* , Dated - **-**-****, Jabalpur (M.P), Blaupunkt SBA** Wireless Bluetooth Soundbar with **** mAh Built-In Battery. I order this product and it was delivered to me. But when I started using it, it is found that, its remote is not working. I call Customer Care and arrange a return pick-up for that, the return pick is arranged and the same product is picked up by the delivery agent. I want to request you that please contact me for more details on this because I am unable to write all details in English, better I can explain it in Hindi. The issue is that, Amazon is not providing me refund for this item.
