I cancelled my two way flight from Mumbai to Dubai on **-Sep-** with both the airlines Vistara and Indigo. This refund was processed immediately by Airlines to Gotogate on very next date post cancellation. However as on *-Oct-** today, I have not received my refund from Gotogate with no reason. Which really frustrating.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
