I had cancelled * tickets in Sep,** and also spoke to the airline SriLankan airlines in Delhi, as per them the refund will be processed in the booking system by the agent (Easemytrip) immediately collecting the no-show or cancellation fee which ever is the highest, i have been giving enough time and requesting time and again but EMT- Easemytrip.com team says refund pending with the airline, the airline clearly said that they nothing to do, EMT has to process refund in they GDS and refund to me, I am getting tired and money is also blocked. EMT says i am their Premium customer but now when its time for refund they are delaying the process and even when requested for date change they were charging higher cost, then what the airline informed, but the keep denying same and i have emails to the above matter. Please help EMT Booking ID's are EMT******** and EMT********
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
