eatsure - refund credited but i can t see it in my bank account

I placed my order on **th September **** and paid online through the BHIM app. The transaction was successful; however, my order was cancelled. The Eatsure app shows that my refund has been credited to my bank account, but I am unable to see it in my account. It's been more than * weeks, and I have suffered both mentally and financially.
