Dear sir /madam, I had ordered behrouz Biryani on ** Dec ** . However , it was very very spicy and our guests very disappointed as no one could finish it due to its spicy ness. I tried to lodge a complaint however there is no option for doing the same and the customer service bot also didn't provide me any support or help regarding the same. I have attached the photo of the order and also the conversation via email on their official email address for your kind reference. please look into it and do the needful at the earliest. Thank you
