Eatsure - Non veg food was delivered instead of Vegetarian

I had ordered lucknowi mini veg biryani from eatsure ; the biryani life
Instead i got non veg rice.
We are vegetarian and brahmin and don't even touch non veg. My mom and i would never even touch non veg. My mom opened it and almost ate the non veg, if I hadn't noticed the non veg sticker and a piece of meat on top of rice. I immediately stopped her. Had i not noticed we would have consumed non veg. This is totally unethical and unprofessional behaviour.
I Immediately contacted the suresupport chat box where there was an option for replacement for wrong delivery. When i clicked on replacement and asked the agent he callously replied he CANNOT SEND REPLACEMENT.
i don't get why you have a option of replacement when you are not even willing to give it.
He was replying with the same bot like messages
My order for rice was of rs *** and when i demanded a repercussion he said he would send **** sure points which are valid for ** days
I said yes and then he said he initiated **** sure points which i will get in *-* days. Then only i realised **** points=*** rs
So i demanded more for which he declined
I HAD TO BEG AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR YOUR MISTAKE after which he agreed to give **** more points . giving total of *** rs
But for me and my mom even touching and opening that non vegetarian food was HORRIFYING and DISGUSTING enough.
I HAVE NO IDEA IF THEY WILL EVEN GIVE ME MY MONEY
Also The guy i was talking was very slow and rude so I couldn't argue more and i finished the conservation

ALSO I HAVE ONLY ** DAYS VALIDITY FOR THESE SURE POINTS
THERE IS NO THE ASSURANCE THAT IF I ORDER NEXT TIME I WILL NOT GET NON VEG
AND I NOTICED THERE ARE SOO MANY CONDITIONS FOR USING THESE SUREPOINTS LIKE I CAN ONLY USE IF I BUY OVER *** rs

not only did they waste food but also these surepoints have soo many conditions
I agent even said and i quote " order delivered to you was made as per the standard procedure and no deviation was observed."
NO DEVIATION!!!! THEN HOW DARE Y
THEY GIVE ME NON VEG FOOD
EVEN AFTER I SENT THE PHOTOGRAPH AS PROOF. THIS IS ALMOST AS IF ACCUSING ME OF LYING
NO SEVERE ACTION WAS TAKEN!!!!
Compensation is not worth it at alll
Atleast they should understand the height of the situation. Giving a vegetarian is beyond despicable
