Make my trip - Refund Cost Alternate Ticket Cost Compensation

I have booked Tickets for Travel from Mumbai to US on Flight VirginAtlantic from Make My Trip (MMT). Later I came to know the fact that Indian Passport holders rent allowed to travel to or via UK. And my Flight had an layover at UK. When I approached MMT for Cancellation / Refund / Alternate arrangement - They said to approach Airline. And when tried connecting to Airline - They said we cannot do anything, You should have booked the tickets through Delta website. They both started laying hands on each other with NO SOLUTION. AND connecting with both is more difficult than connecting to PM of INDIA. When I cancelled the Tickets, I got Refund of meagre Amount - Which was again an cheat as per their statement while purchasing the Ticket. Again they both are blaming each other. AND one more Interesting Cheat Story by MMT & Reliance General Insurance - I also took Travel Insurance from MMT while booking and said Insurance was from Reliance General Insurance Co Ltd. Now After cancellation MMT say - total amount is NON Refundable. When contacted Reliance it say - MMT can only cancel and provide Refund. Moreover my Travel Policy doesnot contain my basic details - Which was again an hardship to connect with Insurance Co.
Till date I have mailed ***s of time to all concerned but they have only ONE reply - We are working on your concern and get back to you shortly.
Now I being Deprived of Services, all this Mental harassment & Wasted my Fruitful time/moment for all this I Pray for Refund, Alternate Ticket Cost & Compensation
