Design cafe - Refund Compensation not initiated

Recently I have purchased a new * BHK flat in Hyderabad , and for doing interiors I was browsing through the internet and landed at Design cafe site with quality work and attractive offers for modular interiors. On *th April **** we visited their Experience Centre one sales manager R.Saritha was assigned to me for my interiors requirements, she. Explained of two types of categories one DC a premium category and other one QP alias Qarpentry. As first time customer she suggested to go with QP where enough customisation options available,but limited colour choices. QP have ** shades, and DC have *** shades. before visiting the outlet, I have shared the floor plan with clear video of Flat. The builder of my flat have done false ceiling and provided cement shelves for bedrooms.  During design selection, our requirements for modular units, she said everything will be done. Then another person, Ms. Ankita came introduced herself as Design Manager and took details of our requirements and designs showing around the demo units. After taking all details, she randomly and approximately calculated the measurements taking reference from printed hard copy of the floor plan that I submitted. After taking all details of our requirements and calculating the final tentative amount was shown to me and my family by both the ladies together who addressed to me. The amount was ₹******/-
and told flat **% discount can be considered, as my budget is limited I asked for little more discount, then they called their senior Mr. Akhilesh taking all details he offered **% discount, and the final amount was₹******/- ( This amount is including *% towards project management and design fee, which I came to know later, after getting project details and Quotation through mail and WhatsApp )
They assured to give quality service and to complete the project is my requested time line before the House warming Pooja i.e. end of May **** . As everything went well I paid the amount of ₹ ******/- to proceed further
Then all three together suggested to take a break and continue for the *D design.
After the break The Designer came introduced herself as Ms. Sonali Tiwari and wanted to know our requirements of different units and their design, colour etc. When we start the colour selection there were only ** shades instead of ** as told before.  I questioned about this she called Ms. Saritha and confirmed , she had no reaction no reply. We moved further ignoring the No. of shades getting quality work assurance and colour combinations , subsequently in later date the *D designs were to be presented to us. We left the office.

On **th April **** the Designer Ms. Sonali Tiwari, along with Mr. Sandeep technical support and a carpenter visited for measurements, discussed all aspects of customisation etc. In Some cases the designer said certain customisation can't be done due to company policies, then I requested to visit the neighborhood flat where recently interiors been done, seeing that
Mr. Suresh and also the carpenter said that the requested customisation is possible, with some minor modifications.

Then *D designs were sent to me what looked more like *D designs and colours very dark or faded, in certain places lower shutters and loft shutters alignment lines were shifted slightly to aside. And meanwhile an updated quotation was sent to me on **th April ****. Which was ₹ ******/-  with actual measurements, even though I requested to delete certain units which were over priced compared to market, that totals ₹ ******/- because I can procure them from local market and were indipendent units not needed to get it done under high priced designers. Again on **th April **** Another updated quotation was sent to me, after questioned how come there is a slight difference between the two quotetions even though after removing several units. The latest confirmed Quotation amount was ₹ ******/-

I questioned why this huge difference between the two, had they followed the company guidelines for measurements, which states site measurements must be considered immediately after a project taken on board. There would have no abnormal price fluctuations.
Finally dissatisfied with the designs of the wood work for cupboards due to lack of customisations under company terms as per the designer, I have dropped the units in bedrooms.
Finally only one unit remains, the Kitchen. Here also the desiner felt helpless in customisation policy and quotes abnormally high price as compared to market standards, and said she can't do at a lower price compared to the market, instead she suggested to make adjustments to the amount paid by providing some independent units, like Beds, Shoes rack , Pooja unit etc. Till the buffer amount consumed but with out any discount as discussed earlier.
But till date even after * days passed no items with quality and price structure is  offered to me. They're not interested to compensate the amount paid to its full value, but trying to force purchase of the units I may not require or at highly  priced units, so that they can have ample profit margin, and also to hush up the issue let not effect their reputation.
