Design cafe - Project Delay and Property Damage

We are deeply concerned about the prolonged delay and damages caused during our interior design project with Design Cafe. Despite the initial agreement completion of timeline, it has now been over a year, and the handover remains incomplete. This extended delay has not only disrupted our plans but has also led to significant emotional stress and additional challenges for our family.
Furthermore, there have been damages to the property during the course of the project, compounding our distress and raising serious questions about accountability and quality control.
We are requesting:
- Formal acknowledgment of the right timelines on delay and damages
- Compensation for the extended timeline and property issues
- A clear and committed plan for immediate project completion
- Respect our time as consumers and deal with project appropriately
- Apology letter for the stress we have gone through
This situation has affected us deeply, and we urge Design Cafe to take responsibility and resolve it with urgency and fairness.
