Design Cafe folks delayed the project multiple times and never responded to our complaints. After taking ***% money, there was no responsibility shown by them. They kept coming back with random stuff to delay everything. No accountability of the service, no/super delayed response to calls or mails. They harassed us to a point where we don't know if we lost all of our money. They are also not returning the keys to our house.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
