Mohit Choudhary filed complaint against Design cafe on Apr 11, 2024
The company Design cafe showed a project value with discounts at the time of booking which we liked. They continued to take advances from me in the name of price lock as my flat posession got delayed.
After taking *.* lakh in advance with no design or work done, they are now charging double of what they had shown at the time of booking. They are refusing to refund the money and are forcing me to buy their products at the current selling price which is exorbitantly high!
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
