issue is regarding refund for double payment. I checked in at hotel cosy tree Inn oyo **** in noida on **may **** with booking id-kdwa****. I tried to pay rent through net banking on oyo app but payment couldn't be completed. So manager at reception asked me to pay through other means. So i paid through debit card swap in pos machine. he told me than in such cases, bank will refund me. or if oyo get both the payments, oyo will refund me. After waiting for sometime, i called customer care of oyo. they asked share the bank statement and contact bank customer care too. Bank confirmed that both payments are transferred to the respective merchant. Since then, oyo is asking for one or other details now n then, which i genuinely tried to provide. If i provide the asked details, they demand another one. The manager at the hotel has accepted the fact that the double payment has been done and ready to refund through oyo but oyo customer care in not supportive in this regard. It has been more than *.* months since this issue and i called customer care more than **-** times with each call extending **-** mins. Still the issue is not resolved.
Note- the the image which i shrared with you is sreenshot of the bank statement. Amount rs****/- is paid through net banking to oyo and other payment rs ****/- ( rs ****/-rent + ***/- kitchen charges) is paid through debit card swap at pos machine.
