Flipkart - Refund cancelled without informing or consent

As i received defective motorola edge **, i raised refund request which was accepted and delivery agent brought the replacement on **/**/****. On **/**/**** when he visited first he said to format phone and i am coming back for pick up. When he came back he asked for OTP which i was not able to provide because phone was formatted. So i told him to provide phone back so that i can insert sim into it and after generating new OTP i will share with you. He said it will take time and took the new phone back without replacing it. Same was informed to flipkart very same day on call and on mail. And from last three days they were saying that you will receive product today. On **/**/**** they cancelled the request of refund without informing and consent.
