This Complain is Related to IRCTC For Ticket Cancellation Refund Amount Related
I Cancelled Two Tickets For my journey dated * April And Return
Journey * April From Delhi To Indore And Indore To Delhi.
the Tickets Booking Amount was *** Rupees
Due To Current Lockdown by Govt of India And Cancellations of Various
Trains I Cancel My tickets both side on dated ** March as govt
promises that no cancellation charges would count if passengers cancel
their ticket during this period but i got email from IRCTC and thet
deducted *** rupees from total refund which is unacceptable as govt of
india already announces no cancellation charge policy for certain
duration.
