Myntra.com - Refund blocked

I ordered a product on myntra.com on ** june ****.Delivered to me on **th june ****.I created a return of it because I received a different color from what i have ordered.I did'nt use the product.I did'nt even tried it as i do not want that color.So I created a return.The pickup boy took the product without any doubt.When went through quality check the product did'nt qualified for the check.Now the company is saying that I am at fault.I do'nt understand that it the pickup boy took the product without ny doubt,what is the point of failing the product in quality check.what is the proof that I had done something wrong to the product?I am suffering financially and mentally due to all this.I want to raise this issue so that the company should show some courtesy towards their customers.Very disappointed from this gesture.
