> "I attempted to recharge my Airtel mobile number [**********] with ₹[***] on [** july]. The amount was debited from my account via [gpay Mode], and the transaction ID is [Transaction ID CICAgPDNofHxSQ]. However, the recharge failed, and the balance was not credited to my account.
Despite multiple complaints to Airtel customer care and the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), I have only received an apology, but no refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused. I request Voxya to help me in getting a full refund and appropriate compensation for the mental agony caused by Airtel’s negligenc
