I utilized Make My Trip's Guarantee service to book a train ticket from Kanpur to Mumbai, which assured a three times fare return if my ticket remained unconfirmed after chart preparation. Despite my ticket not being confirmed, I have only received a refund of ****/- after several follow-ups, whereas my initial payment was ****/-. The promised three times refund has not been processed, and my attempts to contact customer care have been met with no response. I feel genuinely deceived by this situation.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
