I ordered one plus * from amazon on *th september and today when i received the package it was already tampered with. And there was no cellphone inside. I return the courier at that point only to delivery agent. After calling and informing the consumer care service about the same, they said we can not issue a replacement but will issue refund. Now i bought this phone at discount period and got phone for **,***₹ with exchange and no interest emi for **months and now the same phone is priced for *****₹ with exchange and emi of ****₹ for * months. They say we can only give ****₹ as a token of apology. I said i don't want money but the replacement of phone as i won't get the same offer again and it was their fault that they lost the phone at the first place. I have not been Given replacement. So i want to ask for replacement and not refund.
