This is Bishwas. On **st October,****, I have done a transaction to make my trip.The transaction was successful and amount deducted. But the order was not successful.when I reached to refund the amount,first they denied that they have received fund.later they have accepted that they have received amount. Now I am continuously following them to refund,but they are not refunding and not making any response. completely cluless that what to do. Always they are giving Same excuse that they are working on it,but still no update.
